As its coming up to Christmas I am playing around with chocolatey gluten and dairy free recipes for my friends and family to enjoy over the holiday season. I normally tie a wrapped up sweet treat on to all of the presents that I give away, and these will be just prefect! I will have to be very careful when I make them though, they are SO moreish I am worried my friends and family wont end up receiving them!
I love this courgette loaf, I find it it hits the spot perfectly straight after a great workout session....its even better smothered with guacamole!
When I was little cheesecake used to be one of my favourite desserts. But since turning to a whole foods diet and eliminating dairy due to skin and digestive issues, regular cheesecake doesn’t pass my lips. As a kid I always used to make a cheesecake on Boxing day for all my my grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins. My mum hosted boxing day last year, so what better excuse was there for me to experiment in the kitchen in aid of resurrecting the old tradition this year.
This leaves you feeling vulnerable and can make you want to use food as a coping mechanism in any one of the following ways.
Do you steer clear of snacking late at night as you are scared of gaining weight? Or does munching at night not matter as much as some people think?
